El Trebol - Kilgore

This place is truly a hidden gem in Kilgore. Everything had a homemade flavor. I tried the green chili pork, and it was fantastic. I also ordered a large guacamole, which was divine. They have Tres Leches cake that I plan to try next time. We're definitely coming back! Plus, the prices are great – we had a meal for two adults, including a soda and an appetizer, for under $40.

Some of the best Mexican I've ever had! The Sopes were done so well and the fajita meat/veggies were cooked to perfection. I also got three lunch tacos (Al pastor, fajita chicken, and brisket). The chicken and brisket were amazing and the Al pastor was pretty good too.In terms of pricing the whole meal for me and my grandma was about $15. The building is somewhat hard to find because there's no sign on the front, but maps has the right location so it's not that hard. Inside it was clean, had seating for about 10 families, and had speakers playing Mexican music through the whole restaurant.Overall the experience was great and I can't believe more people haven't checked out this amazing restaurant!

The food had great flavor! If you don't speak Spanish, be sure to communicate clearly.

A true hidden gem! This place offers some of the best authentic Mexican cuisine in the area. I'm a huge fan of the sopes, which I've attached a picture of. I will definitely return time and time again! Plus, it's a fantastic value!

I was out for a walk on Sunday and I was craving menudo, and here I found it, very tasty, excellent service, thank you very much!!!
