Ordered for collection and was notified that it was ready for collection around 10 mins later. However, when we reached there the order wasn’t ready and we had to wait further for the order. Additionally, we ordered buffalo fries and were given chicken jalapeño fries! We didn’t know until we brought home totally unacceptable. We weren’t in a place to go back at night hence didn’t. Always incredibly consistent; even the burgers are spot on here. You wouldn't expect it, but they're better than Soul Burger, for sure!

This place is an absolute Gem : It manages to retain a family feel whilst being part of a chain : The food is consistently great and the staff are very obliging . Top Marks ! I've eaten here multiple times since my initial review and I can quite honestly say I've never been disappointed
