They were also good with the kids and didn't mind that we didn't arrive all at the same time. They brought the order together, service was speedy once we were all there, and allowed us plenty of time to eat.

Both very truly delicious and ser... read more Starters out of the world, main dishes-days specials- left us dissapointed. As starters we had potato skins and chicken wings. Both very truly delicious and served beautifully. Now the main dishes were a stark contrast. First of all- set menu was unappealing, neither of us could find any dish we would like to try, so we went with specials. Braised beef was overcooked, nearly burnt on outside, drenched in wine sauce with alcohol taste overwhelming. Roast chicken was a huge portion, but incredibly bland with barely any sauce at all. Yrs, it fills you up, but its not an experience you want to repeat. Not a place we would choose for a meal again. Serving staff was nice and polite.

The first time, we sat down at a table, then the next time at the front bar at the restaurant, then the last time at the bar. The first time the service and food were perfect, the second, unfortunately we sat at the bar at the front door, it wasn't the best spot, but the food was superb again. The third time was in the bar at a side counter. Again, the food was superb, but this time, our service was top notch. Service was with a smile, prompt and very attentive. Update: We've eaten here multiple times now, and every single time, the food and service are perfect. It's our first choice for places to eat out. Highly recommended.
