This is a fantastic coffee bar! I wish we had tried the food, but we'll definitely do that next time. They offer lovely glasses with bamboo lids and glass straws. The friendly smiles from the staff create a welcoming atmosphere in a beautiful, bright, and cozy setting. View all feedback.

I never had the chance to try the food because of a frustrating customer experience that forced me to leave without eating. After my wife and I joined a long line and browsed the menu, we discovered—after several minutes of waiting at the counter—that they were out of nearly everything we wanted. Ordered the chilled soba noodles and pumpkin crunch. The service was amazing. The ambiance was so chill. Also ordered the frozen hot chocolate and the tropical Haze. Both where so good.
The cashier is friendly and helpful at this location. I asked her to make the mac nut latte sweeter and with more flavor. It hit the spot!The Portuguese sausage egg sandwich was awesome! So ono! Way more space and less crowded than Kapa'a.
Amazing coffee, food, and service! Discovered Java Kai in Kapaa and we were excited to see they had another location closer to our hotel! We ate breakfast here every morning and loved the Mac nut latte, both iced and hot and the dilly breakfast with lox and the power bowl! Also, they have a Louisiana hot sauce that was so good with our power bowl! The staff is really helpful and food and drinks came out fast. Kamana was also super helpful and gave us some great tips for our trip! Also, the shop is beautiful. Java Kai is such a delight from coffee, food, staff, and atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough! And it's right next to electric car charging!
