Overall, the service is generally good, but it tends to decline late at night. If they've just cleaned a machine and you order that item (like a Krusher), they'll often claim that the machine is out of order to avoid cleaning it again.
The food is quick and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with no stairs, making it easy for those in wheelchairs to navigate.
