Brgr 61 - Keystone
Brgr 61
Description
In a mountain‑town burger spot, bold toppings and lively, old‑mine décor pair with attentive service and pleasant porch seating, producing rave‑worthy bison and highly customizable burgers. Guests praise fast service, helpful staff, and reasonable prices; others report inconsistent cooking, small portions, long waits, and communication mix‑ups. The topping bar and outdoor charm stand out, but expect variability — and be aware of limited signage and refund policies favoring gift cards.

It took more than 30 minutes to get a couple of burgers, despite the line being short. The burgers were dry and overcooked, while the fries and cheese curds were undercooked. There were no signs indicating that the place has changed to BrGr 61, which is now a coffee shop. If you request a refund, they will only offer a gift card for their coffee.
The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! The staff was exceptionally friendly. It was the finest customer service I've encountered in a long time!
We chose to come here after having a terrible experience at Barlees next door, where we ultimately walked out. I'm really glad we made that decision! Their bison burger was one of the best I've had in quite some time. We will definitely return!
This is a great lunch or dinner spot for hamburgers and salads and such. Great onion rings, tasty burgers with all the fixin's and friendly, attentive staff. If you're passing through Keystone, this is a great place to stop to have lunch and then send the kids next door to the arcade or the mirror house to distract them for awhile!
