He choose to keep the pepperoni pizza and left only the other 2 on the ground in front of the house. Called Prezzo and had someone talking like a robot keep asking me to inform just eat. No action to support with the inconvenience caused. Definetly will not use in the future

We paid £40 service charge to be made to feel we had overstayed our welcome at the restaurant ! It was only 21.10ths !!!! Never will I eat there again and as for the service charge your staff didn’t deserve it in the end Wished we had asked them to remove it! Also what’s with the no cash ??

How wrong was I, really small portions and tasteless to say the least. I had meatballs as starter and spaghetti bolognese. The meatballs were warm not hot , considering we were the only diners in the restaurant, there should be no excuse! The Spaghetti Bolognese was even worse, the smallest amount of bolognese sauce it was embarrassing. There was no taste at all. Remember this dish cost £13.95!!!! The only saving grace was my sons Pizza which was nice and he enjoyed it. My Wife had the risotto which also ok. If you want an overpriced below average meal then please go to this restaurant. I WONT BE RETURNING!!!!

She was very friendly and showed off her excellent customer service skills. The Spaghetti Carbonara was delicious with plenty of toppings. However, it seemed like it had been sitting for a while before being served, causing the sauce to settle at the bottom. A quick toss before serving could have easily fixed this issue. The chicken was also tasty and came in a generous portion. The staff all worked diligently to maintain a clean and hygienic restaurant. Overall, we had a good dining experience. Thank you.

When I asked the waitress why no one had checked on us or asked if we were enjoying our food, she explained that there were only two servers on staff and that it wasn't very busy at the moment.

However, there was a... read more We received a dining voucher for this restaurant from our daughter and her fiancé. When we arrived at 6 PM, the restaurant was quite busy. However, there was a table with three adults and a number of children who were very loud and running around, which certainly impacted the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the adults did not seem to be keeping an eye on the kids. This is a restaurant, not a daycare, and parents should be considerate of that. If they choose to bring their children out to eat, they should ensure it doesn’t disturb the experience for other guests. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding, but the unruly family really took away from our enjoyment.

Drinks orders were taken and brought out very quickly. Food orders could've been a bit more promptly taken but they were quick to serve. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Have visited in the past both with friends and family (including young children) and have never had a bad visit. Will definitely visit again and thoroughly recommend.

I still cannot believe that a bar does not serve ginger ale or bitter lemon and I got offered gin with coke ?! . May need to stock up and bring my own next time....
