Was Steve at Overstone Arms a mag?
I cannot say a bad word about the overstone arms. We held a gathering for my partner for her birthday and they accommodated for it in the best possible way. The pub was perfect, the staff were second to none, faultless. 100% recommend Many thanks View all feedback.

Food was excellent, but the service left a lot to be desired. The chef cannot count. I was supposed to have 7 spicy chicken but only got 6 and when mentioned it? Nothing was done. View all feedback.

We went there week after walking over from a village nearby. It wasn’t busy so found a good spot in the garden and noticed blackboards with snacks or ‘beer bites’ as they are more commonly known. I had different ones out off the list and have to say they were fantastic. Sweet potato curry bites, pancetta and cod bites plus Spanish meatballs were very tasty. My husband always goes for the burger as says one of the best locally. All in all couldn’t fault this-worth nipping along to try this tasty snack menu they have!

Had lunch in a group of adults and kids today. The food was very good and the service was great. They looked after us well. One of our group is vegetarian, and asked for a roast dinner minus the meat, which the pub were happy to serve and was really good. It seems that every village around that area has a pub, and this one is a good choice.

Party of 7 for Sunday noon, starter ordered and most not available when the food arrived, it was not hot best just warm. Very disappointing, service...

Nice lunch with friends in a good old-style pub. Second time here and will hopefully be back again, they do good tasty food with ample portions and nice flavours
