The cash registers were malfunctioning, it took forever to be served, the staff got our order wrong, the chips were lukewarm and extremely dry. Very disappointing, especially considering we paid nearly £17 for two low quality meals.

My order was also incorrect, but communication barriers... read more The staff at this restaurant were not friendly, they did not make eye contact, smile, or say thank you. My order was also incorrect, but communication barriers made it impossible for me to correct it. Therefore, I ended up just paying for it, sitting down, and eating it. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I contacted KFC head offic... read more I recently visited KFC in Kettering and ordered through the drive-thru. When I got home, I realized that some of my food was missing. I contacted KFC head office to complain, and they kindly gave me a voucher for another meal. However, my experience at the store last night was disappointing. The drive-thru was backed up, so I went inside to order. There were three Uber Eats drivers at the counter who were not acknowledged, and I had to wait for 15 minutes without being served or even acknowledged. This branch of KFC desperately needs new management as it is not living up to its reputation. The staff struggle with English communication, and the food quality is poor. Despite being located next to the cinema, this branch is not welcoming. This will be my last visit.
