What Anonym dislikes about Harlequin:
Under new management, trying very hard, bringing this large pub back. Extremely friendly and an enjoyable night, although I have not been down on a live music night, they have had some well known local bands. A way still too go, but so far an excellent start. View all feedback.

Sonya makes an amazing job. big family pub and come for years and is the best thing it ever was.
A real change here, only for a beer immersed and stayed for a couple. I was told that there is also money for the place, which will really help him.

Would recommend the harlequin for a Sunday car. we performed at 14:00 clock after reading a recommendation on facebook. the pub is nothing to see from outside or inside, but a warm and friendly welcome awaits. the carving was brilliant....A selection of 4 meats, including lamb, that was unusual for a carving, and carved and served in huge portions. the sweet was delicious and contain cauliflower cheese and rich piping hot thick gravy. everything for just £8, with free tea and coffee that they help themselves. the puddings didn't try because we were too full after the carvery. we will be back, thank you
They always try to use the pub, as new renters have taken responsibility, it has come to jump and borders in the last months just going to show that estate pubs, when they run properly, can be lively and pleasant place for all. the food is...a worth of all freshly cooked and huge in the amount that bar is well stocked, clean and the staff are very impressive and friendly always. Friday is my fave time to visit as they always have a fantastic band on and the atmosphere really makes rock. big pub not from a visit as they will be disappointed to miss this jewel of a local alcohol
Under new management, The Harlequin has transformed into a vibrant community hub, boasting a warm atmosphere, excellent service, and impressive food offerings. Regular patrons rave about the Sunday carvery, featuring generous portions of up to four meats with fresh vegetables and delicious gravy—all at an unbeatable price. The welcoming environment is further enhanced by friendly bar staff and lively entertainment, including local bands on Friday nights. Despite its unassuming exterior, the pub has become a beloved local hangout, making it a must-visit destination for both newcomers and regulars seeking a memorable experience.

The Harlequin is a very welcoming place for everyone. The locals are friendly and the barstaff are exceptional. I went in for a drink with my dog on a Saturday afternoon and ended up staying until after midnight. My partner wasn't too happy about it, but the following weekend he did the same. We have become regulars now. I highly recommend the Harlequin, it is a pub that is thriving in the current economic climate.
We had a fantastic evening at the restaurant with an amazing band performing on stage.
