I ordered a double bacon and cheese burger that came quite fast as it was 18.00 on Saturday night. the prices are very good and have some good offers on combos... read more I ordered a double bacon and cheese burger that came quite fast as it was 18.00 on Saturday night. the prices are very good and have some good offers on combos etc. my burger was fantastic, had a really nice flame-grill flavor, but the chips were disappointing, dry and quite thick, I prefer a craspier french fry type.

I had a terrible experience at Boston's Dinner. I ordered a family meal for everyone through the app, selecting a chili sauce for my cheese and chips, and a mix... read more I had a terrible experience at Boston's Dinner. I ordered a family meal for everyone through the app, selecting a chili sauce for my cheese and chips, and a mixed meats with chips with different sauces. I requested in the comments that only garlic sauce be put on top of the cheese and chips. However, when the order arrived, the chili sauce was added to the cheese and chips instead of the mixed meats. My children don't like spicy food, so I called Boston's Dinner to explain the mistake. They admitted they had assumed the chili sauce was meant for the cheese and chips. They refused to swap the chips and I had to pay for new ones for my children. The customer service was awful and the lady on the phone was not polite at all.

The salad did not ar... read more Have ordered from here many times and always been happy. However, friends arrived tonight so ordered mixed kebab and sides for convenience. The salad did not arrive so phoned to be told they would send asap. My guests ate the sides which were not particularly warm and we were left with a congealing tray of meat with no salad to construct a kebab with the pittas. we were offered money off next order when phoned to complain. Rbbish! Wont help me now.

I called at 2010 to check the order had gone through as we hadn't received conformation, the girl said yes the order was fine and it'll be 15 mins. 1 and half hours after initially ordering I called back to ask where our food was to be told its now cooking and will another 30 mins. 2 HOURS I said, that's not acceptable, she hung up on me.....since speaking to family it seems I'm not the only one left waiting
