Ketchikan's Gold Pan Pizza

They have a great deal on buffet, and good prices for slices (for Ketchikan). This said, I ordered buffet, got first wave of food, have been waiting over an hour for them to make more slices. I recommend not offering a buffet if you can't keep up with with the slices. To add to this. There is nothing on menu that says days for lunch menu. I've walked in twice before this and was told that they were not doing buffet today. Again, don't offer it if you can't do it.

If I could give a lower review I would. I tried calling multiple times and no one answered which would've been fine if they were busy and not just ignoring the phone. I finally got tired of calling and placed an online order. When i went to pick up the order, i was told it had a few more minutes which was fine because i arrived earlier than the estimated pick up time. As i waited 15 min, i heard the phone ringing multiple times and no one even attempted to answer the phone. Like almost every other time I order from here I had to finish baking my pizza at home! When we order additional toppings, we rarely get them but get charged for them regardless and I'd love to speak to ANYONE in a leadership role there BUT THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE! I'm done paying too much for sub par food and even worse customer service.

Stopped by for lunch and was met by a very rude and uninviting worker. He was obviously agitated about the fact he was working alone (an understandable frustration but no need to take it out on customers). Mumbled under his breathe a lot and would roll his eyes and shake his head in annoyance when asked something. The pizza was okay at best. The ice machine was out of ice. When asked for ice he said he would be back with some to refill the machine and never did. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning due to the poor service.

Didn 't get service. Tables were dirty and chairs were dirty. No Hello how are you/ How may we help you? Soda machine was flooded onto floor. Staff were dressed in street clothes. Left even though I was willing to clean table/booth before paying 20+ per pizza! Disappointed. Imagine how dirty the kitchen is! They were very comfortable with how dirty the dining area was.

Best pizza in Ketchikan! Friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere.
