Just Dandy Apothecary Cafe - Ketchikan

This new restaurant offers a variety of options for vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore dishes, including poke bowls, salads, and lattes. I tried the broccoli bowl and it was delicious! It was hot, fresh, and a refreshing change to find something healthy in this small town. I also enjoyed a matcha almond milk latte which was excellent. The open kitchen allows diners to see how their food is prepared, and the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions.

We were delighted to discover this small plant-based haven in Ketchikan. While they do offer some meat options, the majority of the menu is vegetarian and vegan. We tried a few Buddha bowls and truly enjoyed them. I would gladly recommend this restaurant to all my plant-based friends. It seems to be popular and they certainly deserve it.

My partner and I each enjoyed a dish that consisted of grains, and we found them to be both delicious and filling. The staff were also very pleasant. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem in a city like Ketchikan.

The kitchen is open so you can see how they make your food, and the staff was very friendly to answer questions and make suggestions.
