As good as bbq is going to get for being in Alaska, very impressed. Good sauces too

I've had good bbq and this wasn't it. The meat wasn't very good and didn't taste smoked. The yellow sauce they give you is acidic and not very tasty. The Coleslaw was way too sweet and the macaroni was bland. The service was good though and that's why I'd give them 2 stars.

Grabbed the family some lunch today at the drive thru and it was sooooooo delicious! The Mac and cheese is fantastic as is the potato salad! The corn bread was nice and warm! The brisket was tender! Highly recommend! I love that they are located close by my business (another restaurant) in the area! Love to support them and their delicious food! Thank you!

We tried A Little Taste of Texas BBQ tonight and it was SO GOOD!! We had the pulled pork, ribs, and all four side options...all four sides were delicious, don’t think we will ever be able to not get all of them.. and the ribs fell right off the bone, mouthwatering. Bonus points for two great BBQ sauces, one was a style I’ve never had and was very tasty with the pulled pork. Thank you, so happy to have this place in Ketchikan. (Sorry no photos to share, we ate it too fast to take a pic)...also, The text ordering is super convenient, we just texted our order and the time we needed it ready and it was ready when I was out of work at the drive up window.

Being from Texas I can tell you this is exactly what backyard BBQ is all about. The brisket is so tender that you don't need a knife to cut it. The ribs fall off the bone. The pulled pork is flavorful and juicy. Every side is delicious. I have become a regular and can't boast about their food enough. You've got to try their food.
