What Joannie Kovacek dislikes about Bigfoot Java:
All I wanted was a cold brew which I could not order because ?they didn?t have the machine?? then why is it on the menu? The position of the menu way in front of the window means you can?t see it when you?re ordering. The barista didn?t seem to care whether or not I got a drink, she didn?t make any suggestions on any other recommended substitute and I wasn?t going to wait in line again to be able to look at the menu... Came here for my lunch break. I have an hour lunch. Sat in line for 45 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Why the heck did it take soooo long for me to get through? I have no idea. There’s 3 people working inside. Idk if they’re all new or what but y’all have to get it together. 45 minute wait just for me to order a drink that takes 2 minutes to make (strawberry red bull with cream) is absurd. You’re making coffee not building rocket ships. Then the barista got an attitude WITH ME because apparently everyone is ordering the drink I ordered… ma’am respectfully I will come through this window don’t play with me.
Efficient drive through stop, but higher priced than mom and pops. Great triple shot white mocha at this visit.
Out ot food a lot of food, inefficient service. Baristas not working together..

I absolutely love this place and their coffee is delicious and wonderful. Lindsey is a terrific manager and keeps good helpful baristas.
Update: Sheyla was polite and friendly like most of the other baristas here but she went above and beyond with her customer service and it really made my day! The Italian Sodas here are the best. Blue Raspberry is my favorite. I went late Thursday night and Ashley did a fantastic job listening and making my drink efficiently and quickly. She went above and beyond what I ordered and was polite and cheerful. I was happy with my expert here and I will likely be coming back again.
Our attempt to avoid the usual chain restaurant experience fell short at Bigfoot. The first hiccup was their payment policy, as they only accept chip cards or cash. Although the drinks were acceptable, our order was incorrect—not once, but twice. The barista appeared to be overwhelmed, so we didn't want to push the issue. I genuinely hope Bigfoot appreciates its staff and ensures they receive proper training.

Are drinks were good or decent One out of four drinks had to get remade, but besides that I would say pretty satisfied overall
Used to like going here but there mochas are gross now either to much syrup or it has the taste of yoohoo drink dumped it in the sink.
Take your time! There's a fantastic selection and the service is excellent, with plenty of sugar-free options available. The staff is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will gladly remake your order if needed. It's definitely worth a little wait!
We tried hard to move away from chain restaurants, but our experience at Bigfoot wasn't very positive. First, they only accept chip cards or cash for payment, which was an inconvenience. Our drinks were decent the first time, but during our visit tonight, not only did they get our order wrong initially, but they also messed it up again when we tried to correct it. The barista appeared to be overwhelmed, so we didn't want to press the issue. I hope Bigfoot values their staff and ensures they receive adequate training.
I wanted to reach out to the owner of this establishment because I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this morning. When I pulled up to the drive-thru at around 5:08 am to get my coffee, the woman with blonde hair who assisted me was quite unpleasant. She claimed to be the manager on duty and was wearing a black sweater with her hair down. I greeted her with a smile, and at first, everything seemed fine. However, when it came time to pay, I politely asked her to enter my phone number for my rewards. A different barista the day before had successfully accessed my account and used my gift card balance to pay for my order. This morning, the woman confirmed my account information and even acknowledged that I had enough balance to cover my purchase. My issue arose when she insisted that I needed to have the physical card to use my credit balance because she claimed anyone could pretend to be another customer using their number. I must point out that I have never encountered this problem at any other Bigfoot Java location. I even showed her my phone, demonstrating my own number in the settings as proof of my identity, but she still refused to let me use my balance, despite me verifying my phone number, the name on my account, and showing her my actual phone. I truly hope the owner takes note of this situation. If customers can't use their own credit balance on file, then what’s the point of having an account and adding money to it? I provided my name, phone number, and displayed my iPhone to her. Honestly, it felt like she didn’t want to assist me from the moment I arrived. She was rude and unapproachable. After I showed her proof of my mobile number, she had nothing more to say, handed me my food, and slammed the window shut. Is this considered acceptable behavior? I’ve never experienced such treatment at a coffee shop I love.
