Beverages good or decent One of four drinks had to be remade, but in addition I would say quite satisfied overall

I just want to reach out to the owner of the facility to let you guys know I usually don?t write reviews but this morning as I pulled up to the window usually to get my coffee, the woman with blonde hair around 5:08am that helped me was terrible. She claims she was the manager on duty. Had a black sweater hair down. I greeted her smiled and everything went well, as soon as it came to paying for my food I had asked her politely to punch in my number for my rewards. The day before a different barista was able to pull my account information and paid my food using my gift card balance on file. The woman this morning confirmed my account information and even acknowledged that I had enough to cover for my food she rung me up for. My issue is that she states she couldn?t use my credit balance on file to pay for my purchase that I would need the actual physical card because she states anyone can pretend to use another customers number to pay for their food. Just a heads up, I never had any issue from any big foot Java facility that denied me from paying with my own credit balance on my account until this morning. So I pulled out my phone and showed her in the iPhone settings where you can find your own telephone number I showed her proof it was me and still she told me she couldn?t use it even after I?ve verified my telephone number, the name on the account and showed her my actual phone. She claims she?s the manager on duty and she is, I hope the owner follows up with this. If you can?t honor using customers own credit balance on file then what?s the use for opening up an account and putting money into it? I gave my name and telephone number and also showed her my iphone. Tbh, I felt she did not want to help me as soon as I pulled up. She was rude and not approachable. As soon as I showed proof of my mobile number she didn?t have anything to say so she gave me my food and slammed the window. Is this acceptable? I?ve never run into a situation from a coffee shop that I love until now. Pls follow up!

All I wanted was a cold brew which I could not order because ?they didn?t have the machine?? then why is it on the menu? The position of the menu way in front of the window means you can?t see it when you?re ordering. The barista didn?t seem to care whether or not I got a drink, she didn?t make any suggestions on any other recommended substitute and I wasn?t going to wait in line again to be able to look at the menu and be told they can?t make another drink I want? So for not being helpful and having a stupid menu set up, they get 2 stars. I do not care to return again though

I absolutely love this place and their coffee is delicious and wonderful. Lindsey is a terrific manager and keeps good helpful baristas.

Update: Sheyla was polite and friendly like most of the other baristas here but she went above and beyond with her customer service and it really made my day! The Italian Sodas here are the best. Blue Raspberry is my favorite. I went late Thursday night and Ashley did a fantastic job listening and making my drink efficiently and quickly. She went above and beyond what I ordered and was polite and cheerful. I was happy with my expert here and I will likely be coming back again.
