First, they only accept chip cards or cash for payment, w... read more We tried hard to move away from chain restaurants, but our experience at Bigfoot wasn't very positive. First, they only accept chip cards or cash for payment, which was an inconvenience. Our drinks were decent the first time, but during our visit tonight, not only did they get our order wrong initially, but they also messed it up again when we tried to correct it. The barista appeared to be overwhelmed, so we didn't want to press the issue. I hope Bigfoot values their staff and ensures they receive adequate training.
