Everyone always has a smile on their face. I ordered a hot chocolate and they noticed we were eating there and they offered to add ice to my drink so I wouldn't have to wait long for it to cool down.

When I placed my order, the staff... read more I stopped by this morning to get doughnuts with my kids, and I honestly felt like I was interrupting the employees' downtime. When I placed my order, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping me. The floor of the restaurant appeared as though it hadn’t been swept in a while. When we got home, I discovered that the doughnuts were face down in the bag, and half of the frosting had come off onto the bag. There were four doughnuts in the bag, but only one piece of deli paper. I'm not sure what’s gone wrong at this location, but I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
