I've felt like a nuisance, and the male staff members seem rude and often distracted by their phones. One particular employee has yelled at me twice—once for coming in when he wanted to leave, and another time for ordering a donut through the app that they had run out of in the store. How was I supposed to know that? I won’t be returning to this location.

Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with the owners, and I found them to be very customer-oriented, dedicated to providing well-prepared meals for their patrons. Like many businesses, they were impacted by Covid and are now working diligently to attract new customers while trying to win back regulars who may have changed their routines due to the pandemic. The service is prompt and dependable, and the food has consistently been fresh and delicious.

Overall, it appears to be a poorly managed establishment.

I stopped by this morning to get doughnuts with my kids, and I honestly felt like I was interrupting the employees' downtime. When I placed my order, the staff... read more I stopped by this morning to get doughnuts with my kids, and I honestly felt like I was interrupting the employees' downtime. When I placed my order, the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping me. The floor of the restaurant appeared as though it hadn’t been swept in a while. When we got home, I discovered that the doughnuts were face down in the bag, and half of the frosting had come off onto the bag. There were four doughnuts in the bag, but only one piece of deli paper. I'm not sure what’s gone wrong at this location, but I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
