I always go around 6-8am its always the same man in the drive thru his Attitude is soo DISGUSTING. looking all miserable because YOU choose to work at a DD!! I use to come almost EVERYDAY but his energy makes me feel very unwelcome. Do betterdunkin !! HIRE FREEDLY PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY TAKE TIME TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER SAY GOODMORNING..
Would?ve got 5 stars if they hadn?t taken away my free birthday beverage! I didn?t know it expired so soon! I rarely go to Dunkin as is.
Just left this Dunkin. I ordered a small iced matcha latte with skim milk and less ice. The milk tasted funny. It?s not difficult to throw out old/expired ingredients. Thank you for the old/expired milk. Waste of 4.23.
Spacious inside, the store seems to nevertheless do much of its business at the drive thru. The polite associate walked my drinks to our table after making a fresh batch of dark roast, a small sign of caring when they could have simply placed it onthe counter and shouted my name. Thank you for that.
I’m not from here but come to visit family every so often and go to this dunkin in the mornings. The first few times I came, it was pleasant, there was an energetic man taking my order and he was friendly. Coffee and food was good as well. This time I come, someone different comes on the intercom and says something unintelligible, not really sure if they are speaking to me so I stay silent. Then a few moments later the guy says “Yo… yo!” trying to get my attention. It sounded very rude and I don’t know if it was because I’m young that they thought that was an okay way to greet me but I found it rude and wondered if it had been an older person, would they have spoke that way to them? That’s not even the worst part of this experience. I get my coffee and sandwich and it just doesn’t taste like how my hometown Dunkin’ tastes. My coffee was unsweet and my sandwich was burnt and didn’t have the correct cheese on it. Very upset about this experience.
