Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced , not just at a shake shack but at any store or restaurant. Just go anywhere else in the airport for food, it’s not worth the horrible service you’ll receive at this location. I expect more from shake shack! View all feedback. The food was delicious. They got in the weeds for a little bit but Jackie, who should be recognized, calmly collected everyone’s tickets (who were waiting for food) and got everything back on track pretty quickly. She did a great job.Vegetarian options: Mushroom sandwich. View all feedback.
