Raising canes chicken used to be so much better but that isn't the staffs fault. They always cook the chicken to perfection. The tenders are just to small for the amount of money you pay. Staff is always friendly and helpful. View all feedback.
What Sarge doesn't like about Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers:
I?ve been going to this Raising Canes for years and I have never been cheated this bad ever. I ordered a Caniac Combo and they shorted me two tenders and barely any fries. I?ve never had a problem with this place until now. The store is to far away to even try to go back and get it fixed. It also seems like the tenders are getting a lot smaller than they used to be. The food was very hot and everything came out crispy just like I ordered. Very good sweet tea on my visit.
If you spot the Saints flags, you can expect some fresh offerings! The location is convenient, right off Williams, directly in front of the Burlington store. The service is fairly quick, with friendly staff and an exceptionally clean establishment. The food is both fresh and satisfying. Just a heads up, getting back onto Williams from the driveway may require a bit of maneuvering. Definitely worth a visit! We also appreciate the kid-friendly toys they offer.
I've been a regular at this Raising Canes for years, but I've never felt this cheated before. I ordered a Caniac Combo, and they shorted me two tenders and gave me barely any fries. I've never had an issue with this location until now. It's too far for me to go back and address it. It also seems like the tenders are getting significantly smaller than they used to be.
The location is quite busy, and I believe it's quicker to place an order inside rather than using the drive-thru. I'm a big fan of the sauce! My go-to dish is the Craniac. And don’t forget a large sweet tea, please!
