Was Julie V at Ihop a mag?
I arrived just before midnight, and the waitress was friendly and kind. The food was prepared fresh to order. The restaurant was quiet, which made it nice to have our own section to enjoy. View all feedback.

What Ralf S dislikes about Ihop:
This IHOP lacks any sense of hospitality; it feels very self-centered. When I asked for assistance, Joana informed me that I was the only one there. To make matters worse, she became loud and disrespectful towards the manager, Darlene, in front of all the customers when she came out to assist me. The worst customer service and staff I've had in a very long time. Orders are never correct....food served cold along with cold attitudes from the staff. Go to Waffle House.

Wait time to be seated was long. Wait time to receive order was long. Wait time to pay was rediculous. Wasn't able to pay by any means other than cash. The excuse to payment issues was the new system and only one person can clear it.
