Applebee's Grill - Kenner

Let's start with a disclaimer…our waitress was brand new (we think). Our order was taken wrong, then we were charged for the mistake. She offered to fix it but we really had to leave. The food was tasty. Nice portions. We had the 2 for $2? special. The price depends on what you order. It would be a good value if done right. Just note, some of those meals come with 2 sides of your choice and others do Not. Lastly, we were sitting at a hightop table in the bar area and a weird smell kept coming … – show

I’m not ordering anything from this Applebee’s anymore. I waited an hour to pick up my food and when I got there they made me wait another 25 minutes. When I got home I realized I was missing something from my order I called them and they refused to give me what I paid for. Put me on hold for 20 minutes and hanged up the phone. The employee on the phone was very disrespectful.

Order a steak medium and it is so well done you better have a drink ready before you choke.

Food was delicious but mango smoothie was full of ice hence it was not Smooth. It was like a slushie not a smoothie. Thank you

This Applebee's is the worst one I think. They don't answer their phones for to go orders, the car sides to go they make you wait in your car forever until you get fed up and go inside to pick up your order yourself, and their employees wreak of marijuana. Even the customer before me said they would never come back to this location because he was fed up with them also. I called corporate due to the manager at the restaurant not doing anything to resolve or help the issue besides give excuses, so … – show
