When I go... read more I’m not ordering anything from this Applebee’s anymore. I waited an hour to pick up my food and when I got there they made me wait another 25 minutes. When I got home I realized I was missing something from my order I called them and they refused to give me what I paid for. Put me on hold for 20 minutes and hanged up the phone. The employee on the phone was very disrespectful.

They don't answer their phones for to go orders, the car sides to go they make you wait in your car forever until you get fed up and go inside to pick up your order yourself, and their employees wreak of marijuana. Even the customer before me said they would never come back to this location because he was fed up with them also. I called corporate due to the manager at the restaurant not doing anything to resolve or help the issue besides give excuses, so … – show
