Burger King - Kenner

I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with no ketchup, mustard, or pickles, and added mayo. Unfortunately, it wasn't prepared correctly. There was only a tiny piece of bacon, and I received just four small tater tots for a dollar. The total was $6.89 for a burger that was small and disappointing, along with a flat drink and the few tots. I won't be returning, and to top it off, there were no napkins provided.

**Old Review:** This is honestly the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I've visited many times, and 75% of the time, the fries are horrible and at best, soggy. I've filled out the myBk experience survey numerous times, but nothing seems to change. People will keep coming here simply because there aren’t any other Burger Kings nearby. It's clear that the managers do not prioritize the quality of their food, which is unfortunate. I really wish the owner was aware of this issue.

Today, there were two wonderful ladies managing the restaurant, and they were fantastic! I was very impressed with how they handled the long line for breakfast—they navigated it like true rock stars! They certainly deserve a raise!

Horrible drive-thru experience. I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone responded to me and I had to request service 2 times. She interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to give my order to provide the final cost. They didn't have three of the menu items posted. The attendant was coughing the entire time. I was too grossed out to even complete my order. I haven't been to Burger King in years and thought I would give it a try.

I love this Burger King because there's an older manager there she's really nice she gives off the mother vibe she's very respectable I think they need more people working there because I see sometimes there's one or two people working there and there's a line or can you try to get everybody there out on time with their food I think as it goes I think she is what make Burger King Burger King so they need more people like her I think I would always go back to this Burger King because of the feel I get when I order and I see her she knows me since I go there a lot and that's the type of feeling you want when you keep going to a place after a while the familiarity of the whole thing. It makes ordering food not as horrible as it is sometime cuz you constantly wondering what you want or are you taking too much time and they don't rush you they have patience I'm not saying everyone there is like that but so far the people I've met like this older lady she's sweet this younger guy he's there we meet need more people in Fast Food Industries like that that know how to deal with people of every emotion I would recommend this Burger King to anyone they just need more workers Dependable workers thank you
