As a cook for years, the cooks need to learn how to make eggs. Every time we are there, they mess it up. It's not hard to make over-medium eggs. The staff is okay. Melissa is the best. The place really needs to be cleaned. The bathrooms look the same as they did five days ago; the sinks are horrible. The floor smells. Worst of all, I found a cockroach today. So, I went to this Waffle House yesterday. I had to order online but the cook knew what I was getting. So, after my very short wait, I had my food. Went back to my truck and ate. I had the grits, eggs, cheese and sausage bowl with a plain waffle. The food was still hot after my three minute trek. Trust me, I will be back to this WH in the near future. We went to the Waffle House in Kenly NC, last night around 11pm. We walked in and were told we not allowed back since what happened last weekend. We were accused of being drunk and destroying the bathroom and left beer cans in the parking lot. We were not even at the Waffle House since November 1st. He said he had us on camera and his manager told him to not let us back. We asked to see the tape that was recorded and he never showed us. The waiter that was working there even told the cook that it wasn’t us and the cook still proceeded to yell and cuss us out. I believe it was not professional or right to tell us we can’t dine here for something we never did. We had about 15 people with us last night and we ended up across the road. We go to this location every October- December multiple times but this location will never receive me as a customer for the lack of Respect the cook gave our party. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
