We paid $30 for 3 plates, and I have to say we were very disappointed. They advertised flounder and shrimp plates, so my son ordered them. However, when we got home, there were 2 very small pieces of fish and no shrimp on the plates. My husband and I ordered the combination plates with chicken and BBQ. Each plate had a small piece of chicken and maybe a handful of BBQ. The hush puppies were tiny, about the size of Fr... View all feedback.

I have never had a good experience eating at this restaurant. Every time I dine here, the food tastes bad and lacks seasoning. The staff are always in the back, neglecting their duties. I waited for over 25 minutes for my food, while others who arrived after me were already leaving. I ordered my food at 7:35 and it is now 8 o'clock. The service here is slow and disappointing. We stopped here because of the reviews and we were not disappointed. Awesome food, true southern BBQ, and very friendly staff. We will be making this our regular heading south pit stop. The fact that it 's right off I-95 just makes it even better.
Great food, friendly service. Stopped by on the way home from vacation, so glad we did.
I had the BBQ fried chicken plate. The BBQ was good NC style and the breast was very moist and tasty. But the king of the plate were the sides. The green beans had great country flavor without the salt, the butter beans too. The Brunswick stew was great and the mac and cheese we cheesy and creamy. Oh and the banana pudding was homemade with meringue.
Good food at a very reasonable price. The BBQ was wonderful the rest adequate to fill my body and please my mouth. The people were very friendly and nice. It was clean and pleasant. Overall a really good place to stop and eat. We will stop again on our travels.
It’s my first time food was amazing loved every bit I will return......,,..like tomorrow
