I did an online order, and one of my subs was missing 3 ingredients. I also requested toasted, which it was not. Luckily I had a bogo free promo code, so not the end of the world for a free sub. The food was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful. I always enjoy dining here; however, I've noticed that every time I visit, the manager tends to leave an employee to handle things on their own, or they just aren't providing much support. I really hope those dedicated employees get a new manager who will give them the help they deserve.
The experience was decent, but I noticed they didn't wash their hands or change their gloves after handling money before preparing a new sandwich.
