Poorly managed location. Counter customer service was poor and not customer focused. Manager was at the counter and not engaging or coaching employees. So do yall just not ever mix McFlurrys anymore? I always order extra Oreo. The past four times I’ve ordered it, they fill the cup with vanilla and sprinkle Oreo on top. I try to be nice but I never understand this. I can just stop coming but I an really wondering at this point. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
