I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and then it took another 10 minutes after I paid. I noticed employees just standing around chatting. The tea tasted off, almost like the lines hadn't been cleaned. The staff was rude, and my order was incorrect, so I had to wait again. By the time I received my order, my cheese sticks were cold. There was no one else in the drive-thru, which makes it all the more puzzling.

It's clear why staff don't stay—their disrespectful behavior pushes them away. The whole store is chaotic under her leadership. Arby's needs a manager who respects the team and understands the role. I definitely do not recommend this place. You’d have a better experience at McDonald's.

However, the condiment station was poorly maintained—you couldn't pump sauces from the dispensers and had to request ketchup, Arby's sauce, and salt from the front counter. The menu offered great options, but better condiment access would improve the overall experience.
