Starbucks - Kemptville

The baristas are LOUD and constantly talking about their personal private lives and it’s really annoying as a customer to sit there and listen to this. This has happened several times in the past months. Not the kind of atmosphere you want when trying to work or relax. Please be more considerate of your customers.

I ordered a grande LF latte and he said 'do you mean the medium size? ' what?????? Also I ordered it half sweet and he gave it to me full sweet. I asked if they could make one half sweet and he seemed irritated with me. I took it and drove off thinking it would be right but nope it had zero pumps of vanilla. Terrible.

Always great service, beverages, and friendly staff ready to make you smile! Thank you!! Maybe some of the baristas should start singing out your order! ?

Went last Friday. Dispite it being really busy ,everyone was very nice. The chasier asked me how my day was and the server apologized for the wait and wished me a good day.
