I've eaten here a few times since it became Hard Stones (I miss Broadway!) Food is good and service was great. The waitress recommended a few things I wouldn't have otherwise tried. Menu has lots of variety and prices are average for any pub of the sort. All in all, we've always left full and satisfied after eating here and will probably be back. View all feedback.

My family and I went in for dinner. Started out strange. We got there early and walked by over a dozen empty tables to the far back of the restaurant as you can go where nobody else was sitting. We finally got served ordered our food, drinks for the kids and 2 beer. The salad came with the wrong dressing and took forever for someone to come change it. No apology. Definitely recommend the pasta dishes, they are generous, well priced and delicious. Nice decor, good service and pricing is good as well.
Went again for breakfast. The coffee csme very quickly. Ordered the single pancake with added blueberries. It was a meal in itself -very good with a reasonable amount of blueberries mixed into the batter. Served with a very good table syrup. Will order it again.
Great food and good service at reasonable prices.Four of us ate for less then $100 with drinks. Their Montreal Smoke Meat is excellent!
Turned out to be great food and service. Wasn't very busy. Must be greatest secret in town. Try it out you won't be dissappointed.
Stopped into Kemptville just off the 416 on our way to ottawa for the weekend. Its a great stopover place on the way to ottawa and a good choice. We met Katsia the owner who quietly checks on each table to make sure that everything is ok with your meal. Her and her husband have 3 locations and are independently owned. Our waitress was Julia and she was quite attentive. We all had the soup of the day which was pea soup, it was great and you could tell it was homemade.I was shocked when i ordered the Hard Stones burger and saw how big it was. OMG be hungry when you go there. The food was great. Thank you team Hard Stones, keep up the great food & service.
