I don’t get the rave reviews either. We stopped in for lunch and were excited because the place was packed and obviously a hit with the crowd. We’ve driven by this place so many times, I assumed it was an actual bakery serving soup and...sandwiches or pizzas. A staple in the area but I found the recipes dated and the food heavy.
Wow, what a great find! Delicious and filling food here! Order and pay at counter Line up went quickly.
You cannot beat these subs for lunchIt can be a bit of a wait sometimes during lunch rush but it's still worth it.

We wanted something not too expensive, but not fast food. the sandwiches were very tasty and a generous size. We had a Reuben and Vegetarian sub. Both great!
