I can't believe it took us this long to find this place. We were looking for a specialty Italian cheese (Burrata), which they get every two weeks. Stopped by for lunch and were glad we did. Very clean, well laid out store, with lots of glass front cabinets. What User doesn't like about Valoroso Foods:
Used to be my backup location after illichmans and med market but I have been avoiding since they had some issues with changing stale dates and best before numbers. I have given them another chance as I find many of their items very good, but it will take time to build up some trust again for them. I also find some of the staff a bit abrasive/curt at times. Lovely little Italian deli. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with their recommendations. Great selection of cheese, meat, bread, gelato, olive oil and more.
Friendly, good service. Decaf espresso drinks are more expensive than regular caffeinated drinks. Indoor seating area very small. Good Italian food selection.
Awesome coffee and a great place to sit outside to enjoy. Their esperesso based beverages are by far and way the best Kelowna has to offer. They have wonderful Italian small plate items to eat along with Italian desserts like Tiramisu. This place also carries Italian/Mediterranean groceries. Their pre-made pizza crusts are as good as any pizzeria in Kelowna. Next time you want artisnal pizza, make your own instead with pre-made crusts, fresh cheese, and toppings like fennel sausage.
The place for all italian foodie needs. Deli and sandwich bar is a great place for lunch. Very friendly staff. Great coffee.
