Ricky's All Day Grill - Kelowna

Excellent food , eggs all cooked perfectly. The waitress was down to earth, friendly and went above and beyond to keep our daughter happy with fruit snacks , juice, toys. It was a very enjoyable experience. I didn't catch the waitresses name but she was an older lady and we dined Monday morning around 10am . This lady didn't forget one single thing in our group of 4 and the service was very fast, can't say enough good things about this waitress. Thank you for your hospitality!

I never write reviews but we have ordered from Ricky's a number of times recently when we have had late out of town guests. The food is always super fresh, with great ingredients. Very quick service, and always consistently delicious. They even took our order after closing this evening (we didn't realize), called to ensure the order was correct, and had amazing customer service. I have lived down the street for 20 years and had no idea about this little gem.

My daughter and I went for dinner and we were the only people in the restaurant,My daughter needed a few more minutes so I ordered. My meal arrived the vegetables were burnt so I didn't eat them. It took the server awhile to come back to take my daughters order so I was finished my meal and we had to wait over 20 minutes for my daughter's hamburger so we ended up taking it to go. We were the only people in the restaurant and the food took forever and they still took forever to make a burger. I was not happy about the burnt vegetables.Our server never once checked on us.When you go out for dinner you expect that the meals will be served together.It wasn't a good dinning experience

First time at this location. But oh my asked me 3 times what I would like to drink lol , twice by the same waitress shaking my head). Aswell the place could use a little TLC, really the table taped to the wall...soo funny ?. Hey but the food was great ? Good job kitchen.

We are staying at the Accent Inn and Ricky’s is the restaurant on site. We arrived at 5 pm for dinner. There were two tables with people. One had three and they were done with their meals. One had four and had not yet received their meals. I ordered the Rigatoni Rose and my bf ordered the Clubhouse. We each ordered a beer. The beer came promptly but was not very cold. We waited 50 minutes for our meals! If it were busy I would not have a problem with this but the place was practically empty. On the upside our waitress was very nice. Sorry I did not catch her name. This is our first night of two here and we will not be returning here for meals.
