Over the years we have eaten many meals at the Pepper Pot and expect a heaping plate of tasty food to satisfy any appetite. In fact, if it's lunch I will miss breakfast first. The servers are very efficient and pleasant. My only suggestion is that I would like to see them using butter instead of margerine. View all feedback.

Large portions of fairly tasteless food. Reasonable prices. I had the chicken burger - it was large and bland. The cream of asparagus soup was very watery. The wife had the stuffed French toast. Again, good portion but lacking in flavour. Entertaining decor but our server seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else. View all feedback.
I had the chance to have breakfast with my 14 year old son Wednesday afternoon, which brought back memories of when my dad brought me here as a teenager years ago. Ordered the breakfast hash for myself and my son opted for the 3 piece thick cut French toast. We were warned about the portion size, but for only 9 dollars how big could they be? Our meal came out in about ten minutes, and mine was very good, my sons French toast however was massive. We have never had a bad meal here and this time was no different. Quick, friendly, and good diner food.
Staff had me seated and order taken quickly. Lunch special of Bavarian Swiss burger with fries also came with a starter soup for 16 dollars. Everything was prepared well, with a ticket time of under ten minutes, and the portions were large. Clean location, quick service, always a solid place to go to for lunch and breakfast.
WORST service I have ever experienced waited 15 minutes to be seated staff looked right at us and never even acknowledged we were there finally gave up and left .The people behind us said they were regulars .We no sooner got out the doors and the staff seated the 3 partys behind us We will never go back there and will tell all our friends about the unacceptable service and attitude .If I could give a minus 10 review iwould
We had unch here for the second time today. The ambiance is retro diner, the food is excellent and plenty of it. We had the All Day Breakfast and the Clubhouse Sandwich. The bacon and eggs were perfectly prepared and the clubhouse featured real slices of turkey not deli Very generous portions and delicious food. A great little diner. We will be back. Regarding Covid 19 protocols our province has recently (as of 1 July) lifted the requirement to wear masks. Many of us stil wear them. I did notice that about half the clientele was wearing masks and the tables that became empty when we were there got a very thorough cleaning.
