Horrible serviceThey served the plates to our group of 5, but lacked on bringing the riceWaited on our food for OVER 30 minsRestaurant was dead.

I rate this place a 3.5 based on my visit yesterday. Checked out this place yesterday for the first time, the decor and ambience was very tired and dated

Small portion compared to the price ! We ordered pad Thai and noodles both dishes were small portion plus the noodles didn't taste good !!

Friends from out of town stopped here to pick up dinner. They could not get over the service they received. I had suggested this resto. The daughter has gluten sensitive, and had some other food sensitivities, and our friends just loved the fact that they walked in, told the owner that they had no idea what they wanted and what the issues were, and voila, they took care of it and went the extra mile and accommodated all their requests, and whipped up a 6 course meal that everyone loved!!!!! Great food!

I moved here in 2012 and this restaurant soon became my favourite place to dine at for Thai food until just recently when food was delivered to my condo. I recognized the owner/manager when he dropped off the food and he appeared a bit flustered as the bag the food was being carried in tore in the rain . That wasnt the big deal. The big deal was that when i opened the rice and mixed some food in and took a bite, i could immediately feel the grit of sand in my teeth. To my horror, I noticed sand and small pieces of twigs in my rice!! Totally disgusted, I immediately phone and asked how he could do this and pawn off food that had obviously fallen to the ground? He did apologize and drove back to refund my money full. Sadly , trust has been lost and I will never eat at this or order food from Mon Thong again. Thoroughly disgusted!!!
