I have always enjoyed Infusions except last Friday night buffet. The main feature was a roast of beef. It was incredibly tough which we told our server. We noticed other tables were having a tough time cutting the beef slice as well. Our server told the chef but we did not get any apologies. We were given a steak knife to cut it but it didn't help. I have always enjoyed Infusions except last Friday night buffet. The main feature was a roast of beef. It was incredibly tough which we told our server. We noticed other tables were having a tough time cutting the beef slice as well. Our server told the chef but we did not get any apologies. We were given a steak knife to cut it but it didn't help. Even if you did get a piece cut off, you couldn't chew it. The only explanation given was "we will have to make sure it's sliced thinner". Well that wouldn't have helped at all. Others were having the same problem and had the salmon or chicken instead. I was disappointed as there is not excuse for it being tough. Other than that, the food was fine.

Enjoyed the Friday Buffet prepared by the students. The butternut squash soup was delicious. Cold table included oysters, salmon, shrimp, parma ham, nice salads and some sushi. It was all tasty. At the hot table we enjoyed some duck infused resotto, curried pear, and a very nice baked salmon. We tried ribs and pork but these were very tough and had no flavor. A nice variety of deserts were on offer.
