Contribute FeedbackThe Lakeside Dining Room offers a picturesque view of the lake, making it a great spot for outdoor dining. However, the service received mixed reviews from patrons, with some experiencing long wait times and feeling ignored by the staff. The food was described as ordinary and bland by some, although others found the gluten-free options to be a pleasant surprise. Despite the service and food inconsistencies, the restaurant was praised for its family-friendly atmosphere and top-quality ingredients. Overall, the Lakeside Dining Room provides a beautiful setting overlooking Okanagan Lake and offers a variety of gourmet dishes, making it a good value for those looking for a lakeside dining experience.
I do no usually give 5 stars but this place is greatMy family and I had a wonderful experienceThe staff are very attentive and professional.
This Lakeside restaurant has an incredible lakefront patio and open concept lounge.
My dining experience at this restaurant last night was fantastic! Our waiter, Jarrod, was excellent. Although I usually don't like fish, I decided to try the swordfish based on his recommendation for the perfect wine pairing and I was not disappointed - it was delicious! The scallops we shared as an appetizer were also amazing. The view from the restaurant is always beautiful. We will definitely be returning!
I am continuously amazed that even restaurants like Earls do not cater well to children. However, the Lakeside Dining Room provided our family with exceptional service and the food was outstanding. The kids ordered a burger and a homemade alfredo pasta, which our server promptly brought out for them. My wife and I savored the perfectly-cooked scallops, my rack of lamb, and her vegetarian dish. The ingredients were top quality and the flavors were phenomenal. While this place may be a bit pricier than others, it offers great value and is definitely worth it.
My friends and I recently had lunch at this restaurant. There were some good and not so good aspects of our experience. Despite making reservations in advance, we were informed upon arrival that the outside dining area was closed. We were unable to reserve a table for the Boardwalk and were not allowed to switch from inside to outside seating. After some confusion, we were finally seated with a lovely view. The waitress was friendly and the fish & chips and chicken club were tasty. However, the Caesar salad was disappointing - served in a small bowl and limp. We also ordered the Chocolicious dessert, which was expensive and had minimal portions. The food tasted good overall, but we both experienced indigestion afterwards. The restaurant has a beautiful view overlooking Okanagan Lake.
