My husband's T-bone and my New York strip... read more The service was sluggish on this quiet evening. While our server was friendly, the food did not meet our expectations. My husband's T-bone and my New York strip steak were both cooked well-done instead of the medium rare we had ordered. The potatoes accompanying them were overcooked and shriveled, and the only thing on our plates that was prepared correctly were the meager four asparagus spears. The atmosphere at Kolby's used to be lively and inviting, but now it feels quite dreary. I truly hope they can turn things around!

Owner rocks and will r... read more First thing I noticed when I walked in was how beautiful and serene the woodwork and lighting is. I love the set up, lots of pool tables. Owner rocks and will remember your name and drink after just one visit. Great food, beer has clean lines. Wonderful variety in menu. Couldn't ask for more! Plenty of parking. Very clean bathrooms! Will not disappoint!
