I ordered egg foo young, rice, and sesame beef, intending it to be a meal for two. However, what I received was just one piece of egg foo young, some rice, and a portion of sesame beef that was completely dry, without any sauce — essentially just dry beef chunks. They mentioned that a refund for this order is in process, but it really spoiled our meal for the entire evening. Simply offering to refund the item we actually wanted and sending a nearly vegetarian meal for one is not acceptable. They should have prioritized sending the complete order. I won’t be coming back.

The rice had an unusual taste, and the biggest problem was the disappointing ratio of meat to other ingredients; only about 10% of the dish consisted of meat.

I got there at 6:05pm and was told it would be ready “whenever” very rudely by the girl at the drive-up window. I told her I couldn’t wait for “whenever” and she said it was too bad and I would have to wait for whenever it gets done. I couldn’t believe it. I chose to not wait for “whenever” and left. They’re not worth it if they’re going to be so rude. They are not the only Chinese food in town.
