It was not at all busy when we arrived (6pm on a Friday), but none of the unoccupied tables appeared clean. They were out of both bread and chip sides, and the resulting apple wasmush--clearly not stored in a cool place. The bussing area to return dishes was filthy, stacked so high with dishes and trashit was difficult to find a place to put things down. Makes you wonder what 's going on in the areas you can 't see.....

Unfortunately, with Panara, you are at the mercy whoever is in charge of quality control at individual stores. Some are muchbetter than others.

We?ve been to so many locations and they?re all mostly great experience. This location is somewhat quiet early onthe day so you can sit and have a quiet time. Friendly staff. There?s the kiosk option if it?s busy or you prefer not to orderwith a staff. We mostly do Mobil orders. I would have given them a 5 but there?s not much vegan options.

So far I can see that the building and drive-through is a bit outdated and need to be remodeled. I usually buy Panera bread on commercial st. That store is fantastic both in service andflavor of the food. Will update rating based on flavor of the food here. Update: changed my review to 3 stars. I'm comparing myopinions based on commercial st Panera bread. So compared to them the avocado BLT sandwich at keizer station tasted very bland.Like they didn't even salt it. The bread was uneven and a lot of the ingredients just fell out. Also my order got messed up..but that wasn't a big deal because it was just the drink that got messed up. One cool thing about them is they professionallywrapped the sandwich in the parchment paper.
