They are absolutely fantastic! The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I placed a drive-thru order but needed to park to use the restroom, and they kindly allowed me to pick up my order without having to go back through the drive-thru. Such a nice gesture! View all feedback.
What Grant Kessel dislikes about Panera Bread:
Got a simple cup of soup. Only a cup of soup. The didn’t give me a spoon… you’d think that would be the MOST IMPORTANT PART. More of a reason why I stay away. $7 for a cup of soup and not silverware. View all feedback.

Ordered 1/2 steak sandwich and 1 chicken salad sandwich 1 small Ceasars salad and 1 drink. $33 before tip. Very little meat and not much else on sandwich. Would have left tip at table but ? If you are going to charge that much at least make it memorable.
Panera is normally a pleasant stop, but this one was an exception. It was not at all busy when we arrived (6pm on a Friday), but none of the unoccupied tables appeared clean. They were out of both bread and chip sides, and the resulting apple wasmush--clearly not stored in a cool place. The bussing area to return dishes was filthy, stacked so high with dishes and trashit was difficult to find a place to put things down. Makes you wonder what 's going on in the areas you can 't see.....
