I placed a drive-thru order but needed to park to use the restroom, and they kindly allowed me to pick up my order without having to go back through the drive-thru. Such a nice gesture!

Would have left tip at table but ? If you are going to charge that much at least make it memorable.

It was not at all busy when we arrived (6pm on a Friday), but none of the unoccupied tables appeared clean. They were out of both bread and chip sides, and the resulting apple wasmush--clearly not stored in a cool place. The bussing area to return dishes was filthy, stacked so high with dishes and trashit was difficult to find a place to put things down. Makes you wonder what 's going on in the areas you can 't see.....

Unfortunately, with Panara, you are at the mercy whoever is in charge of quality control at individual stores. Some are muchbetter than others.
