ATMOSPHERE!! Love this place. Seriously a great location to play pool. Family friendly because there's enough zones. They have two different sized options for playing on. Diamond tables!! Well lit tables. The rest is darker and moody, which is a nice change. Really like their food, and the sweet tea is perfect!! View all feedback.
What Susan S dislikes about Kolby's Restaurant Bar And Billiards:
The service was sluggish on this quiet evening. While our server was friendly, the food did not meet our expectations. My husband's T-bone and my New York strip steak were both cooked well-done instead of the medium rare we had ordered. The potatoes accompanying them were overcooked and shriveled, and the only thing on our plates that was prepared correctly were the meager four asparagus spears. The atmosphere at Kol... Great experience and environment. Pretty clean and well kept inside.
First thing I noticed when I walked in was how beautiful and serene the woodwork and lighting is. I love the set up, lots of pool tables. Owner rocks and will remember your name and drink after just one visit. Great food, beer has clean lines. Wonderful variety in menu. Couldn't ask for more! Plenty of parking. Very clean bathrooms! Will not disappoint!
I've not been here in quite a few years, but was just as I remembered. Great food, great service, and enjoyed my visit.
My friends and I really enjoy Kolby’s so much that it’s our go to bar in Keizer. It’s the perfect atmosphere as it’s just music, pool, gambling and good food and drinks. The bartenders are beyond kind and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
I waited for prime rib for 4 hours after I got there at 4:30pm. Bartender said it was done but resting and couldn't be served yet. I asked about it 10 times patiently waiting. Finally was told it wouldn't be served tonight since they were so busy even though they left it clearly visible to all costumers from kitchen viewing port sitting on heat lamps all night AND it had been already cut into. 8:30pm after may people left who ordered it w/o getting any we complained again amd ordered T-bones. They finally agreed to serving us Prime Rib, ordered MED hrs ago, and it came out gray and DRY from sitting under lamps all night. Terrible. New ownership clearing going down hill. Drunk waits were horrible to.

I was really impressed with the bartender/server who was efficiently handling drinks and food while maintaining a great attitude. They did an excellent job. I also appreciated how quickly the kitchen got our food out. My chicken tacos were both tasty and visually appealing, and my date enjoyed her burger and sweet potato fries, even though the fries were a bit lukewarm. The place was bustling; by the time we left, all the pool tables were occupied. I noticed a couple of our friends were still waiting for their prime rib orders when we headed out, so it seems there was a delay with those. One thing to keep in mind is that if the restaurant looks busy, it might be wise to order something simple if you're feeling hungry and don't want to wait too long. The bartender is a good resource for advice, and I'm glad I asked before we placed our order. It was a hectic Friday night, especially after the big storm had kept everyone at home for a week.

The atmosphere at Kolby's used to be lively and inviting, but now it feels quite dreary. I truly hope they can turn things around!
This is an excellent spot for a family outing. The food is delicious, and the chefs provide an entertaining experience.
Was the save of the night great food clean cold beer I'll take it the gf and I both liked it only downfall we had a really nice waitress. Then she got off and are waiter seemed like he really didn't want to be their but hey that's work
Came back to this bar after about a year hiatus. Sadly the vibe was off, very clean bar but the bartender was lacking. My friend asked for a old fashioned and it was served in a Moscow mule cup and poured cherry syrup off the cherry serving bowl. Not even close. Ordered drop shots and they were premixed in warm pint glass. Also the local pool league players are very entitled. Got yelled at for walking down a hall because they were playing. They came across rude and ruined the night.
