What Jessica Jones doesn't like about El Patio Mexican Grill:
The waitress was terrible. The food was average at best. I don't know what was going on that day. Some of the waitstaff were sitting around playing on their phones. We had to go up to the counter to ask for our bill. It was only 2:45 in the afternoon and they weren't even busy. We weren't even offered refills. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1 out of 5. View all feedback.
The Guacamole was excellent and much at the price. Taco Salat was excellent. Combo plates had special requests and were correctly made to order. Vegetarian Queen and Fajitas were delicious. The service was attentive and responsive to our special requests. The food was very timely. The restaurant was clean. The toilets were properly visited and clean. We'll eat there again.
We were here several times and did not always have the best service when we get our drinks, the server never comes to check us again. This last time we had the best experience with a server called Jasmine. She never stopped checking us, she made sure we had everything we needed before we even asked. She just went beyond and beyond. By far the best of the best. I strongly recommend asking her if you go there. Thanks Jasmine for having a great experience with exceptional service.
We always get the Bravos nachos. They are super charged with beef steak Fajitas, chickens and grilled shrimps. If you didn't try them, you really need to..and the 2for1 margaritas are really good. You'll know you drank two of them. You are We drive around 50 miles to eat there, about once a month.
Delicious food and great location for people in Stonewall, Keithville area even South Shreveport. Just a short ride for a great experience with tasteful and affordable choices on their menu. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We will return. Great place and delicious food.
I've been wanting to try this place for years, and finally had the chance today. Great atmosphere, superb food and excellent service! Will definitely be back!
