I went through the drive-thru today at 4:30, and it was... read more This is one of the worst places I've ever been to. Every time I've visited, they've messed up my order. I went through the drive-thru today at 4:30, and it was not busy at all. The young woman at the window was rather unpleasant. When I asked for forks, she rolled her eyes and informed me they were in the bag. However, when I got home, there were no forks, no soy sauce, and one of the plates was missing an entire entrée. The other plate had only THREE pieces of orange chicken. Seriously? They also don’t answer their phone. I would strongly advise avoiding this location at all costs.

I went straight to the pickup window, but was met by an extremely rude employee named Citlally. She insisted that "next time, I should wait in line and let them know at the intercom that I'm picking up an order so they can have it ready." I don't understand why I should wait in line just to inform you I'm here for a pickup when I could simply go directly to the window. Are those extra seconds at the intercom really necessary for you to prepare my order? It should already be ready for pick-up. Instead, Citlally rolled her eyes, talked over me, and repeatedly shut the window in my face. Although the food is good, the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the staff are quite disappointing.

It might be a good idea to provide your employees with some training in customer service. She appeared to be very frustrated with her job. We will not be returning to this location.
