This subway is very clean bread is always fresh. Great customer service. I wished they would keep baked bbq chips in stock.
Ordered $100 worth of sandwiches tonight and didn't receive any cheese on any of the 8 sandwiches and didn't receive the guacamole they charge $2 extra for. When we called up there and told them Cynthia literally said there was nothing they could do about it because we live 20 minutes out of town and wasn't fixing to drive back up there to have them remade. When we asked if there was something that could be done for the next visit we were told no. Guest satisfaction doesn't seem to be there priority when they already had an attitude while making the sandwiches the first time. Will never return back to this subway. Very obvious they didn't pay attention to a single thing that was ordered! Highly dissatisfied.
These guys always take care of me when I'm working my shifts here. I work in the local government and they just make sure my food is what it needs to be and go over and above.
