However, I ordered a side salad instead of rice and beans, and they charged me for the ranch dressing on it, which I thought was a bit unfair. Our friend found a bug in her nachos, but they did comp her entire meal, which was a positive. Overall, not the best experience, but I've had much worse.

One person in our group ordered a tostada, but what they brought out was just hamburger meat on a tostada shell. I called the waitress back to return it, and she asked, "What is a tostada?" I told her to take it back and to add lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. When she came back, she brought a taco instead!

When I asked about it, they explained that it was due to our order of six plates, even though we were just five people. Typically, gratuities are applied to larger groups, usually eight or more, and having five people with six plates—one of which was simply a side dish—doesn't really qualify as a large party. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide not to come back. You've lost a customer.

The food was prepared and neatly packaged by the time I arrived, eliminating any wait time. Everything was in order with no mistakes at all. The food was delicious, and the portions were plentiful! We will definitely recommend them for any event and will be using their services again in the future.
