I've been coming here 4 times since they 1st opened, I always get the same type of great service, they have gone above and beyond. Management is obviously doing a great job training their staff. Keep up the good work. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
Look.. the kiddos running the front had good customer service but man the FOOD did not come out right. They asked if I wanted grilled or crispy chicken for my sandwich, I said crispy and they gave me grilled. Now, that wasn 't the problem I was like ok whatever. It was the way the sandwich was put TOGETHER that was the disappointment. It was dripping from wet lettuce, tomato, mayo whatever could drip, dripped. They a... View all feedback.

They also burned most of the fries and onion rings.. nothing had flavor and the sweet tea we ordered for the kids, were not sweet at all.. come on guys. We know it 's fast food. But if we decide to get something late at night the way we did, atleast take the time to make it 1. Correct and 2. With some kind of care for the customer to eat. Will not be returning sorry.

Service is good, but they seriously need help on common sense. No ketchup for my fries, no napkins, very slow based on the few times I visited. And today, no cherry in my cherry limeade. Half the reason I visit since we all know, their burgers aren't the best. Certainly not a premier location. Food is cooked on par with other locations, but the overall quality is very substandard. Guess being fairly remote without many other options, common sense doesn't really matter.
The drive-thru staff was amazing and friendly! I definitely don't mind going to this location again. We got shakes and churros and everything actually looked like the pictures on the advertisements, right down to the extra churro on each of our shakes! Thank you for making my son's first week of school treat special.
Kids running the store should be trained on customer service. I placed a drink order online and I went to the drive thru to inform the young lady I was here to pick up since they did not have stalls and they were not busy. She told me to pull forward to the window. When I pulled up, there was young man and the 2 young ladies qho just looked out the window at me. I waived and they just kept snickering. I finally had to honk several times before the young man came to the window. I understand it is hard to find help but the help that is hired SHOULD BE accountable for their actions and duties that they were hired on for.
