After the first two cars left, I saw more cars lining up behind me whil... read more I stopped by at 6 PM to grab two shakes and noticed only three cars ahead of me in line. After the first two cars left, I saw more cars lining up behind me while team members were busy delivering bags of food and drinks. By the time I reached the front, there were even more vehicles receiving their meals, which left me feeling quite frustrated. I decided to roll down my window to look for a team member, but it seemed like no one noticed me as they attended to curbside orders and other customers. I even turned on my hazard lights in hopes of catching someone's attention. Luckily, Kenzie C. approached my window to assist me. She was incredibly sweet and understanding. Once I shared my frustrations about the long wait and how others were getting their food before I received my shakes, she promptly went inside to check on my order. In less than 10 minutes, she returned with my drinks and some cookies. Despite my irritation, her cheerful demeanor turned my mood around. Kenzie truly shined during that encounter, and her outstanding service is a reminder of what excellent customer care should look like. Chick-fil-A is fortunate to have such a star team member, and others could certainly learn from her approach! Thank you, Kenzie!

They really brightened m... read more I'm not usually one to write reviews, especially for chain fast food places, but I was truly impressed by the service at this location! They really brightened my day. I stopped by for breakfast, and when I got home, I discovered my order was wrong. Normally, I would just let it go, but I decided to call them. The manager answered right away and handled the issue promptly! When I picked up my replacement order this morning, they even included a little surprise. They really treat their customers like people, and I can't thank them enough for turning my day around! From now on, this will be the only Chick-fil-A I visit! Thank you, everyone!

Extremely disappointed with the nuggets, they were tough and tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I've had chic fil a nuggets many times, and these were by far, the worst I've ever had. Won't be ordering from this location again.
