Reviews - Bombshells
Reviews summary
Bombshells serves up a lively, sports-centric experience with stylish uniforms, upbeat music and TVs for every game. Bartenders shine with creative frozen cocktails, micheladas and standout bloody marys, while generous plates like the Pin Up Girl salad satisfy big appetites. Charging ports and attentive servers add convenience, though guests report uneven food and draft-beer quality, occasional slow or forgetful service, and a strict ID policy. Overall it’s a fun, energetic spot for groups, game nights or after-shift drinks, best approached with modest expectations for consistency.

This is one of the best bombshells that I've been too. The atmosphere is great. The music is good. I usually get the michelada here, which is delicious, but the day I went I decided to get a bloody mary and wow. I didn't know the bloody Mary's here wereso good. The garnish that comes with it makes it that much better. Love coming here with friends and enjoying myself.
Was treated to a meal on Veteran's Day and was my first visit. Reviewed the service at 3 stars due to after we were sat at our table no server approached our table for like 7 minutes until the manager came and asked if we had been helped. From then oneverything went well. The food was great and I will definitely visit again.
This Bombshells is in Katy close to the BJ's restaurant. The parking lot is shared with multiple establishments, so parking is tight despite Bombshells being somewhat empty. My friends and I arrived at 6PM on a Saturday and parking was challenging butstill available. By the time we left at 9ish the parking lot was packed. The server we had was extremely slow. The servers atthis location only take orders, they have food runners, and the bartenders do all drinks. The food was good but not great. I atethe grilled salmon with broccoli and spicy macaroni. The salmon was salty and slightly overcooked. The macaroni was good but notgreat and they added hot sauce on top. The broccoli was steamed perfectly with butter. I had the strawberry daiquiri and it waslarge and good but not great. As a former bartender I was disappointed. The restaurant is like Hooters and Twin Peaks butdifferent outfits. They have TVs on every table and large screens everywhere. This is a good place if you love watching sportsand just want a place to hang out. However, if you get a waitress like ours you'll be frustrated. She said it was her second daybut as a former server who had to serve drinks, food, and dessert I don't empathize. Manager train your staff better and haveyour servers get the fountain drinks, there's no reason a person should wait 30 minutes for cranberry juice.
The Manager named Tye was not helpful in resolving my complaint. This burger was ordered well done but this is what we received. Poor customer service, I am extremely dissatisfied.
The range of draft beers are good but they do not know how to maintain the quality of draft beer. I ordered Shiner Bock. It had a strange bitterness. Ordered Chicken Quesadilla, I believe chef believes that oil is the best ingredients. At the end myfeedback is that a fancy restaurant with bad food and beer but with good bartenders.

This restaurant is more suited for a younger crowd looking to eat and drink. However, it could use a bit more cleanliness.
The restaurant is slightly above average, with tasty burgers and friendly staff.
The food definitely exceeds the expectations of a sports club. You can find good food with a great variety. The beers are always cold, regardless of the time of year (which is always appreciated). The service is excellent, allowing you to enjoy your food, the game, and your beer without the pressure of bringing the check.

I popped into bombshells after a long shift at work for just a couple shots, not really expecting conversation or anything. Helen greeted me almost immediately even though it was a crazy Saturday night for them. Drinks were quick and she took some time to talk to me and tried to recommend some different drinks which I’ll admit did sound good. Planning to go back to the bar at some point to try out the food and different cocktails.
The restaurant features sports on TV, staff in stylish uniforms, and a great selection of music across various genres. I highly recommend trying the Pin Up Girl salad—it’s enormous and absolutely delicious! It could easily serve two, or even three people, but I was quite hungry and finished it all myself.
First time coming to this location after moving to Katy and I am extremely disappointed.Sat at the bar and waited about 5 minutes before finally getting the incoming bartenders attention and not the one that was already on that ignored everyone that sat on our side of the bar. Barely got checked on and had to even wait a good minute for my receipt to pay. Next time I’ll go to a table then maybe I’ll get better service.Watched people come in and not be sat and seat themselves because no one was up front. What appeared to be the manager on duty (skinny guy in red button down) was chatting up a table and watched people walk-in and not be serviced, didn’t even flinch to help any of them.Bartenders need to be trained or replaced and management probably needs to change.
This restaurant is a great option when you're feeling hungry. The menu offers a wide range of choices, from finger foods to full meals that require utensils. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, so take the time to look around and soak in the atmosphere. This also gives you the opportunity to browse the menu on your phone. The waitstaff is attentive and can provide personal recommendations based on their own experiences with the dishes. A standout feature for me was the addition of charging ports, which means you can satisfy your hunger while also recharging your phone. While the waitresses may be attractive, their uniforms offer a unique twist on a classic style, especially when compared to the classic pin-up looks displayed outside.
