Longtime fan of The Local Bar here in Katy but they are more than fresh squeezed juices and hand crafted spirits, their tapas are absolutely delicious. So be sure you grab a goat cheese with Brussels sprouts pizza or the jalapeño hummus y?all thesenever disappoint. They have really delicious cocktails here. The place is chic and the atmosphere here is lovely for a nice night out or just to grab some drinks and chill. They have terrace sitting which are smoke free. Best part is the service here is awesome!!
Great place to take the family. Loved the atmosphere, and the food was AMAZING. Nice to have a place to eat that offers quality meals at a reasonable price. Thanks!
Service, food and drinks are excellent!!! This place is a great place to meet someone for drinks, a little nibble or a full blown meal. We sat on the patio which which was covered and had ceiling fans to keep us cool even on a hot evening. The happy hour had many specials on appetizers and drinks which apparently change daily. The beer selection included domestic, import and local craft on tap. Lot's of parking with a parking garage near by so even on busy days and times it shouldn't be an issue. Would highly recommend.
Went to the Social and they don't have a kitchen. Didn't know that as I had just got finished looking at their menu online. So I just scooted over to the The Local Bar Katy. Man I am SO glad the Social didn't have food. The patio is awesome. I sat out side, enjoyed the fountain and got some work done. Very peaceful. Tyler was my server and he was laid back, genuine, and gave perfect service (and I was in the restaurant business for a long time). Went with the goat cheese burger and it was delicious. If it looks under cooked that's because I ordered it that way and they cooked to my temperature. I'll definitely be back!

Their happy hour drink specials are awesomeeven offered Friday?s so we can froze fri-yay with amazing people, super awesome live music, chill ambiance, and black cherrywhite claws, leaving nothing to be desired so no excuses stop on by.
My coworkers and I often come here for happy hour. The food is excellent, though the service is inconsistent—sometimes great, other times we have to track down our server. Parking can be tricky, but that’s to be expected in this busy area filled with shops and restaurants.

The drinks are freshly prepared, and the live music is fantastic. There are seating options both indoors and outdoors. The server was attentive without being overbearing and provided excellent recommendations for food and drinks. I especially enjoyed the blueberry basil lemonade; it's incredibly refreshing.
This is an excellent bar option in Katy. The cocktails are expertly made and offer unique flavors. Although the menu mainly consists of appetizers rather than full meals, everything we sampled was outstanding. It can be challenging to find a good bar in Katy that isn't just a sports bar, but this place truly stands out. I highly recommend it for drinks and appetizers.
